Brady is leading a $55.8 million initiative under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to revitalize infrastructure across seven underserved neighborhoods in Stanislaus County. Scheduled for construction in spring/summer 2025, the project involves installing new storm drainage systems, sidewalks, street lighting, and sanitary sewers. Brady coordinates efforts with three primary consultant teams and various sub-consultants specializing in geotechnical services, surveying, and public outreach. He adeptly manages numerous obstacles, including right-of-way issues and conflicts with existing utilities, by adapting project designs and sequencing work to accommodate necessary adjustments. His proactive communication strategy is crucial in engaging community members, especially as they prepare to vote on establishing Benefit Assessment Districts to secure maintenance funding, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to sustainable community development.
