West Linda Comprehensive Safe Routes to School Project

Duration

2023 – Current

Total Project Cost

$25 – $30M

CP Brady is leading the West Linda Safe Routes to School project, a transformative initiative to make West Linda a safer, more accessible community. This unincorporated area, just south of Marysville, has long struggled with a lack of sidewalks, bike lanes, and proper drainage. Brady is turning this around by creating a pedestrian and bicycling network connecting residents to schools, transit, parks, and local businesses. This project is about more than just infrastructure; it’s about reducing traffic, slowing down vehicles, encouraging walking and cycling, and boosting air quality. Backed by the Safe Routes to School program and California’s Active Transportation Program, CP Brady manages every aspect of this project, from design oversight to budget tracking and coordination with key stakeholders, ensuring that West Linda becomes a safe, active transportation model.
